Elementary Honor Choir

8:30 - 8:50pm             Arrive @ East Omak Elementary for registration

9:00 - noon                  Rehearsal @ East (10:05 Recess)

12:10 - 12:50pm          Sack Lunch on site

12:55 – 4:15pm            Rehearsal @ East (2:30-2:45 Recess)

4:45 – 5:15pm              Dinner at First Presbyterian Church

5:15 - 5:20pm              Walk to HS (or bus, up to each teacher’s discretion)

5:25 - 6:05pm              Elementary Dress Rehearsal @ Omak HS (5:25-5:40 w/ MS Band for “Armed Forces” Grand Finale)

6:10 – 6:40pm              Change into concert attire, find seats for concert (sit together) @ Omak HS

6:40pm             Seated for concert

7:00 p.m.                      Concert @ Omak HS.  Plan to stay for the whole concert—Grand Finale will involve all groups.

Middle School/Junior High Honor Choir

8:30am – 9:00am          Registration at Omak PAC Foyer

9:00 – 10:15am            Rehearsal

10:15am – 10:30am      AM Break

10:30am – 12:30pm     Rehearsal

12:30pm – 1:15pm       Lunch

1:15pm – 2:30pm         Rehearsal

2:30pm – 2:45pm         PM Break

2:45pm – 3:50pm         Rehearsal

3:50pm - 4:00pm         Walk to Omak High School with all your belongings (about 100 feet)

4:00pm – 4:45pm         Dress Rehearsal in Omak High School Gym

4:45pm – 5:00pm         Combined rehearsal with MS/JH Honor Band (for “Armed Forces” Grand Finale)

5:00pm – 5:30pm         Walk down to First Presbyterian for dinner, or drive into town

5:30pm – 6:15pm         Dinner

6:15pm – 6:50pm         Dress for Honor Concert

6:50pm             In seats at Omak HS Gym

7:00pm             Honor Concert Begins

4:00-5:00         Rehearsal at First Presbyterian Church Sanctuary (Take everything at the end of this rehearsal)

5:15                 Dinner First Presbyterian for dinner, or drive into town

6:30                 Return to Omak HS gym, Change into concert Dress
